100 Faces

Poker Face

Poker face?   Hardly.    This pitcher was very animated, wearing her emotions on her sleeve as they say.   With every pitch came a new facial expression; everything from triumph (Yes!  That was a great pitch!) to resignation (That was the worst pitch ever.) and everything in between.  In this photo, she seems to be pleading with herself or trying to convince herself that the next pitch would be a good one.

Along with her facial expressions, her body language told a story too.  In the photo below, her face is showing determination, while she attempts to coax the ball over the plate with body english.  She made an interesting subject, every photo was different.

Body English

Thought for the dayI married my wife for her looks … but not the ones she’s been giving me lately.
