Senior Prom

Senior Prom, 2018

As a proud grandfather, I watched my oldest grandson get mugged by the school’s paparazzi before they left for the school’s senior prom.  Actually, I think they were after a picture of his date.

Like most everything, he took it all in stride — never getting too high or to low, but keeping an even keel through the storms of new experiences.  No one knew at the time this photo was taken that he would be crowned Prom King.

I wish I could have seen his reaction to that!

Thought for the Day:  Let’s not forget that the little emotions are the great captains of our lives and we obey them without realizing it.                                         Vincent van Gogh
